Land has good county road frontage along CR 5100 and CR 1000. There are also natural gas lines that run along CR 5100 but the availability of use is not 100% clear. Water would be by well. There were 2 wells on the 160 acres I bought (lot 1 and lot 10). Upon sale it was communicated by both the pump company and seller the wells would pump 20-30gpm.
